How the work is put together
Implementation
Every Buzzbold implementation is assembled from guided modules: each a named piece of work with its own objectives and a teach-back where your team drives. Pick what your organization needs, in an order that fits your capacity.
A plan you can see before you agree to it
Most implementations are quoted as one number for one undifferentiated block of work, which leaves you trusting a total. We break ours into modules so you can see the plan, the order and the deliverables before we begin, and so you can leave things out.
Each module pairs automated org configuration, deployed and validated by tooling we have refined across a hundred and more organizations, with hands-on sessions where your staff configures alongside us. Every one ends the same way: your team drives, and the documentation is yours.

What this module covers →More modules than are shown here
This page lists the modules with published pages so far; the full library is larger. Each module is an engineered product, not a write-up: an orchestrated technical build paired with structured learning content and assignments, with up to a hundred hours of development behind the most complex modules. A module that takes your team 150 minutes of face time can carry dozens of implementation hours, shipped automatically and ready for hands-on learning. The right sequence depends on your programs, your team and what you already have running. That is a conversation rather than a menu.
