Payments Subject to Agreements:
- For customers with a Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or Change Request in place, the terms and conditions of those agreements will prevail. Any refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided in accordance with the specific terms of the respective agreement.
- Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms of their specific agreements, especially the sections related to billing, payments, and refunds.
Cancellation of Ongoing Services:
- If you wish to cancel an ongoing service for which payment has been made but the service has not been rendered, please contact our Customer Service team. Refunds for such cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the work that has already been initiated and any costs incurred by Buzzbold, LLC.
Product Returns:
