Steve has provided over 100 nonprofit and educational organizations with a wide range of implemented solutions for mission-based work in k-12 education, higher education, STEAM, social services, public health, research, foundations, environmental, advocacy, arts, and public media.

Steve specializes in team planning, processes, systems architecture, and design for organization-wide effectiveness and digital engagement change initiatives, with a particular focus on technology's role in supporting inclusivity and equity.

With over 20 years of serving nonprofit organizations in a consultative capacity, Steve has developed knowledge, skills, and practices for leading energizing projects and engaging team members while building high levels of efficacy and success for users and stakeholders of all skill levels and backgrounds.

Sheala has 15 years of experience in nonprofit management with a rich background in fundraising, program development, and team training. When she moved into the tech space, she was determined to bring her thirst for learning, love of people, and desire to make the world a better place with her. However, she didn't know how to do that…until she found Salesforce!

The Salesforce ecosystem perfectly demonstrates how tech can be used for good. Sheala loves working in the Salesforce space! She is grateful that her position with Buzzbold allows her to empower others while making nonprofits more successful!

Barry is a people-centered organizational development professional with 15 years of experience supporting nonprofit, higher education, and workforce development organizations through periods of growth and change. He brings a grounded, practical approach to helping teams align their structures, systems, and missions to better support working learners. He partners with leaders to implement new programs, track participant outcomes, report impact to funders and leadership stakeholders, and strengthen operations and processes.

At Buzzbold, Barry brings this experience together through the thoughtful use of Salesforce and connected systems, with the goal of helping organizations support program delivery, track participant progress and success, and report outcomes. Today, he thrives as a certified Salesforce Professional, partnering with diverse clients to seamlessly manage their day-to-day administrative and user support needs. She also gives back as a co-leader of the STL Salesforce Nonprofit User Group and volunteers in the Saint Louis community. MJ thrives in collaborative spaces where shared learning, thoughtful design, and people-centered technology create lasting change.

Lou brings 15+ years of leadership in wholesale management, revenue forecasting, and business development to the Buzzbold team. As a specialist in program management and team leadership, he combines financial foresight with hands-on operational execution to improve workflows and empower teams to grow. Lou builds genuine relationships, caring for the nonprofits and schools Buzzbold serves, so our partners feel supported every step of the way. Lou is currently working toward the Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Associate certifications, deepening that expertise even further. Whether it's the systems behind the scenes or the people in front of them, Lou's work helps drive the success of both Buzzbold and our partners.

Jeremy has been coding for 20+ years and loves to work collaboratively to solve problems. Through a mentorship program with Launchcode, Jeremy developed an appreciation for mission-driven work and helping people meet their full potential. Jeremy's work accomplishments include complex business logic, analytical practices and his straightforward personality are an asset to all projects he works on and to Buzzbold.

With a background in operations, strategy, and project management, Daniella brings a people-first approach to delivering complex technology projects for nonprofit and education clients.

Before joining Buzzbold, she led cross-functional operations at mission-driven organizations, helping executive teams translate big-picture strategy into clear execution. She has overseen large scale onboarding programs, built internal tooling, and managed projects from scoping to launch ensuring teams have the clarity, capacity, and workflows to deliver results.

Justin is a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC) dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations expand their impact through technology. Since starting his Salesforce journey in 2021, he has focused on using automation, connected data, and streamlined workflows to build stronger foundations for mission-driven teams.

Specializing in the grantmaking space, Justin partners with both implementation and managed service customers to design, build, and maintain tailored Salesforce solutions. By pairing deep platform expertise with human-centered AI workflows, he solves complex technical challenges faster and delivers efficient, thoughtful support that keeps the focus where it belongs—on the people and communities being served.

Ali started his career in healthcare IT as a project manager and found an interest in Salesforce through a project he managed. In 2019, Ali formally started his Salesforce journey as a Salesforce administrator for a non-profit organization in New York City. He then joined various organizations in different industries working as a Salesforce admin until he eventually landed a role in 2021 as a Salesforce consultant helping non-profit clients.

Ali is passionate about helping people, especially in nonprofits and educational organizations, and enjoys the capabilities that technology can bring to improve people's lives.
