15th anniversary offer · legacy Salesforce migration

We migrate record for record.

As part of our 15th anniversary, your legacy data migrates for free. All of it, with a new Agentforce Nonprofit (Nonprofit Cloud) implementation and managed services. Qualifying terms below.

Is this for you

This offer covers migration from Salesforce, specifically NPSP or another Salesforce nonprofit org, to Agentforce Nonprofit. If your donor data lives in Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, or another non-Salesforce system, this specific 15th anniversary program is not the fit.

We do migrate from those systems too, just not under this offer. Tell us your setup and we'll tell you straight whether this program applies to you.

Scope, plainly

What's included, and what isn't.

Nonprofits get burned by vague scope constantly. Here's the boundary.

Included

  • Named objects covered by our migration mappings (the NPSP family, Program Management, Grants and Outbound Funds, Volunteers, and Case Management)
  • Up to 50 additional custom fields
  • Up to 1,000,000 source records
  • Up to 1,000 files, notes, and attachments
  • The reconciliation signoff workbook

Requires additional service

  • Service Cloud
  • ISV managed packages (paid AppExchange add-ons)
  • Automations you've layered on (flows, triggers, and similar)
  • Data cleansing and deduplication
  • Non-Salesforce source systems
Qualifying terms

Only valid on new qualifying Agentforce Nonprofit (NPC) implementation projects with managed services, signed by Friday, October 30, 2026.

  • One qualifying engagement: a new implementation of $25,000 or more with 12 months of managed services, signed by Friday, October 30, 2026.
  • Ending the agreement early, before the 12 months are up, means paying full price for the migration.
What your migration runs on

The mapping work, already done.

Every migration under this offer runs on field-level mapping tooling we've refined across years of moving nonprofits between Salesforce data models. These are live figures from our own Salesforce configuration, not a sales estimate.

Coverage spans the NPSP family plus Program Management, Grants and Outbound Funds, Volunteers, and Case Management. A sample of the Nonprofit Cloud objects your data lands in:

Where we focus

NPSP Households become Nonprofit Cloud Party Relationship Groups. That's a mapping, not a cleanup, and the relationship structure carries over record for record.

Why this matters

Your board has to tie the numbers back.

A board-governed nonprofit has to reconcile donation totals, fund balances, and historical reports against the system it left. A vendor who silently "improves" data mid-migration breaks that chain. You can't audit a migration you can't fully trace.

The differentiator

Reconciled, before anything else.

Your history arrives intact and reconcilable, record for record, against the system you left. Cleanup happens before the migration or after it, on your terms, never quietly during. A migration that fixes your data along the way is a migration you can't audit.

Every engagement includes a signoff workbook that reconciles your source records to their destination, object by object. That workbook is the proof your board can hold, not a promise you have to take our word for.

Still Salesforce, all the way down

This moves you further into Salesforce, not away from it.

Agentforce Nonprofit is Salesforce's current nonprofit data model, also called Nonprofit Cloud. Moving off NPSP onto it is an upgrade within the platform you already trust, not a departure from it. We get the fundamentals right first. Agentforce and AI are the layer you earn after that, when you're ready, not before.

Asked most

Four questions, answered straight.

How can you offer the migration free?

Because the expensive part is already built. Years of investment in the mapping tooling above mean the cost of your migration is ours to absorb, and for our fifteenth anniversary we would rather spend it on you than on ads. Ask us about how it works on a call; we love telling that story.

What are the qualifications of this offer?
  • Source data from legacy Salesforce only: NPSP, or an older Salesforce nonprofit org.
  • Sign off on a new implementation scope to build Agentforce Nonprofit (NPC) of $25,000 or more, with 12 months of managed services, before Friday, October 30, 2026.
  • The included scope listed above.

The managed services piece is there for a reason, not as fine print: migration work starts in your legacy org, where we keep things running and prepare your data while the new build takes shape, so the move brings everything together instead of leaving it behind. If your situation sits outside any of those lines, tell us anyway: we'll tell you exactly what applies.

Why is managed services part of the deal?

Because a strong migration starts before the move and keeps going after it. In the months before cutover we work inside your legacy org, updating and managing it in place so your data arrives ready. After cutover, the same team is still there while yours makes the new system its own. Pairing the migration with managed services is what makes that continuity possible.

What is the signoff workbook?

The document your board can hold. Our team reconciles your source records to their destination with you, object by object, and the workbook records it: people checking the numbers together, not a progress bar telling you everything is probably fine.

15th anniversary offer

Let's see if this fits your org.

Tell us what you're running today. We'll tell you plainly whether the free migration applies, and what the build looks like if it doesn't.

We reply within one business day. No sequence, no drip, a person.
