The package includes Case support, buzzbold.community Cloud, weekly backups (stored by Buzzbold), Salesforce Critical Updates, monthly reports, and rotating maintenance responsibilities.
What is Included:
- Case Support: Buzzbold will work with you to resolve issues, problems, and questions with hands-on digital services each month. You determine how many hours of service you’ll need: 2 hours with Basic, 4 hours with Standard, 10 hours with Enterprise, or hours customized to your exact needs.
- Buzzbold will initially respond within 24 business hours (during weekday non-holidays) to Cases.
- Case Support hours can be banked forward or backward by one month.
- If any Case or request exceeds the monthly maximum of your banked hours per month, Buzzbold will notify your organization of estimated hours needed and provide a Statement of Work upon request.
- The time logged for Case Support includes time reviewing and responding to emails, phone calls, as well as executing specific requests or investigating the best solutions.
- buzzbold.community Cloud: You will have access to Buzzbold’s Community Cloud, where you can log in to create cases, view the status of your cases, and view monthly reports on what Buzzbold is doing to help you.
- Weekly backups: Buzzbold will schedule weekly backups and you determine how many months of retention you need: 1 month with Basic, 6 months with Standard, 12 months with Enterprise, or retention customized to your exact needs.
- Salesforce Critical Updates: Buzzbold will review and activate Salesforce Critical Updates monthly
- Monthly report: Buzzbold will keep you informed of completed tasks as well as the ongoing changes to Salesforce that will affect your organization.
- Rotating maintenance responsibilities:The rotating responsibilities are client selected from (and not limited to) the following list based on available hours. These frequent tasks are essential to maintaining a healthy Salesforce org:
- Address security threats to centralized systems or devices
- Review outstanding bugs
- Review data storage and file storage usage
- Review user login histories and verify that all active users should still be active
- Review and install package version upgrades
- Unzip backups and verify samples of contents
